Refund Policy

1. General Refund Principles

Refund requests must be emailed to info@completeathlete.ca

2. Participant Cancellations

Before the program starts:

Full refund if requested one month prior to the start of the program start date (only applies to camps).
No refund once the program begins.

After the program starts:

No refunds for missed sessions or schedule conflicts.

3. Injuries

Injuries before the program will result in a refund or credit being offered.
Injuries during the program will result in a refund being considered, but not guaranteed.

4. Cancellations by Complete Athlete

If we cancel due to low enrollment, facility issues, weather, or safety concerns, we will offer a refund or credit.

5. No‑Show Policy

No refunds or credits for athletes who do not attend.

6. Special Circumstances

We review unique situations individually and aim to be fair.

Waiver & Release of Liability

1. Assumption of Risk

By participating in our programs, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with athletic activity.

2. Release of Liability

You agree that Complete Athlete, its coaches, staff, and facility partners are not liable for:

Injuries from normal athletic activity
Accidents beyond our control
Lost or stolen items

3. Medical Treatment

You authorize staff to provide basic first aid, contact emergency services, and reach out to your emergency contact if necessary.

4. Fitness to Participate

You confirm the athlete is physically able to participate and has been cleared by a physician if necessary.

5. Agreement

Acknowledgement of our general waiver form that is signed and dated during the registration process serves as a legally binding agreement that the conditions of this waiver & release of liability are accepted.

Photo & Media Policy

We may capture photos or videos during programs for:

2. Opt‑Out Option

To opt out, email us with your athlete’s name. We will make reasonable efforts to exclude them.

3. Group Settings

In large groups, complete exclusion cannot be guaranteed, but we avoid featuring athletes who have opted out.

4. Ownership

All media captured by Complete Athlete is our property.

Parent Expectations

2. Sideline Conduct

Parents/guardians must:

3. Athlete Preparedness

Parents/guardians ensure athletes:

4. Respect for Staff & Facilities

Parents and athletes must follow facility rules and treat staff respectfully.

5. Zero‑Tolerance Behaviors

The following may result in removal without refund:

Harassment

5. Code of Conduct

Participants and parents agree to:

A general waiver form is signed upon registering for one of our programs. This waiver form acts as acknowledgement that Complete Athlete is not liable for:
