5 1-hour & 15-minute on-ice sessions featuring:

• Flow drills

• Battle drills

• System concepts drills

• O-zone and D-zone reads

• Small area games

• 2 coaches on the ice

3 1-hour dryland sessions with personal trainer

1 sports psychology clinic

1 game film breakdown session

Players will be divided into two groups of equal or similar skill levels. All skates will take place in the evenings.

$325 (GST included)
