5 on-ice sessions featuring:

• Power skating

• Puck control and stick handling drills

• Shooting drills

• Various small area games

• 2 to 3 coaches on the ice

• Jerseys to keep

5 optional 1-hour dryland sessions featuring:

• Strength training

• Games

• Stretching and cooldown

Registered players will be divided into two groups of equal or similar skill levels. All skates will take place in the evenings, dryland sessions will follow each skate.

Register before April 1, 2026 for our early bird discount (does not apply to registrants who opt out of dryland). Limited spots available.
